How Is This Rating Determined?

Improving Apartment

This building has quite a notorious history to it, but as of recently, the building changed owners. The new owners have made this building magnificent, and we have made the apartment amazing!

Luckily, this apartment is VERY inexpensive. It is right next two the 1 train. Two blocks away from Riverdale Avenue.

The best features: sunk in living room and great gym.
