Terrible management. The drains were stuck when we move in. called for maintenance but they ask us to fix it by ourselves. the kitchen "looks" clean but actually dirty and full of oil stain. especially in the top cabinet. We had to clean ourselves for a "new property"? Someone said to me with a really bad attitude that dogs can't pee or poop on the grass around the building. I felt really upset about their attitude toward my dog and me. they could suggest me to walk further but they cannot… force me with a horrible attitude. They leave the door locked for over a week now. No deliveries can come in. They said the maintenance line is 24/7 to solve emergency problems. However, when I had emergency situation, no one ever answering the phone and even never call-back. The manager said it is "rarely happened" but it happened to me twice. My wife and I lived here for little over 3 years in a 2 bedroom unit and recently moved to our house. We had a great experience. The apartments are very nice. Big rooms and very nice bathrooms. There are a couple of things which we found to be so-so: closet in master bedroom is bit small but room is big so we used garment racks (which worked out fine) and floors are a little "thin" (from sound viewpoint; walls are perfectly fine though). Amenities are also great: club room with a nice theater,… BBQ area and gym inside the building on 3rd floor (a big plus for winters in northeast). They do a good job of landscaping and cleaning snow. The staff is very professional, responsive and helpful. Owner is a very nice guy. They were super accommodating to us since our house closing got delayed a bit. They provided us a month to month lease with very minimal charges and then offered us a pro-rated lease for the last month (best deal I ever had in any apartment - I have lived in several apartments in different cities in last 15 years). I feel so at home and really enjoy living here. The apartments are clean, new, and well kept. The staff is great, they welcome you with a smile and quickly respond to all your needs. Highly recommend!
