Went back and forth with someone in the office via email. Asked if I could tour the unit and never heard back again.

I have lived at this property for a little over a year now the apartments are very nice and affordable grounds and roadways are well taken care of during every season of the year. If you ever have a problem in apartment the maintenance team are very quick to get the job done and friendly would recommend this apartment complex to anyone

I've lived here for a year and a half and I couldn't be more pleased. Maintenance is out of this world. They're friendly, competent, and truly dedicate themselves to customer service. Park Ridge is located on Hoosick street, which puts you about a mile from anywhere you would ever want to go (shopping, restaurants, all major highways). Luckily theres a traffic light when leaving Park Ridge, so its never a hassle to commute on those early mornings to work. Deb in the office truly cares about her… residents, and wants to make sure everyone is happy and she does an excellent job at it! Park Ridge is owned by Tri City Rentals, and they invest a great amount of money into keeping the place nice. The grounds are always kept immaculate and they repaved the parking lot to make significantly more spots. Whenever I have encountered a problem, Park Ridge has gone out of their way to fix it almost immediately. When my air conditioner broke, they went out to Home Depot and purchased a $500 portable A/C and installed it in my bedroom while they waited for a contractor to replace my central AC unit. We love our apartment because it is quiet and comfortable. If you ever need maintenance they get the job done quickly and everyone is friendly here.
