From Each Detail to Each Renter
Tuckahoe is quiet, clean and safe. It’s a wonderful & friendly place to live.
As I walk through the building its clear that every detail has been thought through. The art, on the walls and on the tables facing the elevators, conveys a sense that someone cares. Everything is clean; the lobby, elevators, hallways, public rooms , even the walkways outside are kept clear and accessible. Even the parking garage is kept clean! There are carts available all over for packages and shopping bags. The... trash rooms are cleaner than the lobby of other buildings. Easy methods for paper, trash, and recycling; as easy as pressing a button.
The leasing office treats everyone with personal attention and the maintenance team is constantly reviewing every inch of the property, inside and out.
This week the office sent out invitations for Bollywood Dancing, cooking the perfect steak, marketing strategies and Pilates.
The appliances are maintained, even smoke alarms checked, by the building.
The people who live here are friendly and respectful.
