I Had A Great Time Living Here
I lived in Hillcrest Manor from May of 2018 to July of 2021. I had a great experience living there. It was close to work, places to shop, and parks/recreation. A good, safe neighborhood to run in if you're a jogger like I am. Downtown Utica is less than 10 minutes to the north and the country is less than 10 minutes to the south, so it really is the best of both worlds. Rent was very reasonable. Neighbors were very friendly. Sometimes the turnaround time to getting things fixed (e.g.,... washing machines, etc.) could've been a little bit faster, but the landlord (Mike) is very receptive to the concerns of his tenants and will happily expedite the process if you express your concern to him directly. In summary, I'm very satisfied with my experience living here, and I would recommend Hillcrest Manor to family members/friends.
