Great place close to everything
I live in a great apartment. It is close to so many things. You are only one hour away from Albany and one hour away from Syracuse. Here in Utica, you have many different kinds of entertainment as well.
It is very close to the hockey arena, and the Stanley Theatre is within walking distance. There are many nearby restaurants, including a sandwich shop on the first floor, as well as a beauty salon. The train station is right across the street—you can literally go downstairs and catch a train... whenever you want.
The apartments are huge. They have their own mailroom, and there are two Airbnbs in the building. On the first floor, we also have other businesses, a mailroom, and a Wash-Dog station.
In the basement, we have a gym, an event center, and a place to store your bike. It is very secure, and we have never had any incidents.
Many of the residents, like me, have pets. We have a lot of cats and dogs, but you would hardly even notice them.
