Moving into the Hawthorne was my pleasure. I felt safe and comfortable. Mgmt was on point. I love the community because everything is so accessible. But recently, I'm not feeling that way. I know this is a lucrative business but I do believe the tenants that keep you in business should be appreciated.

Overall it’s good but simple things like no carts available in the basement when you have groceries and other residents are inconsiderate and smoking weed it’s fine

We keep describing the Hawthorne as a little gem tucked away in Valley Stream that most people are unaware of. The location is great, the people here are very nice and the rent is competitive for this type of building and amenities.
