Loved living at the Promenade.

The Promenade was a great place to live for my family and I. Keith did a great job managing the building and he and his team were friendly and responsive any time we needed something. The parking garage setup is ideal for the area and the amenities inside the building were a value add as well. Would definitely recommend living here for anyone looking in Valley Stream. Especially good for those with dogs or young children.

Great place to live

My family lived at The Promenade for several years. It's well kept and managed by the excellent property manager, Keith, and is a great place to live. The units are really nice and any issues that do pop up get resolved quickly.

Wonderful apartment building with phenomenal management

This is a very nice place, especially for Valley Stream. Its bright and modern and some things are still in the works. What I really love the most about being a resident here, is the attentive service from the management, especially Keith. He is always available, helpful and responds quickly and cheerfully. I couldn’t say enough good things about him and this place. Definitely a great place to live!
