Anthos at Vestal

Though many people don't know much about autism.. I do as I have a son with autism.. This is the first community that I have lived in that actually recognizes this month. I wanted to let you guys know that it means a lot to me to see this.. I know I've said it in person, but I want everyone to know that this place exists..

I lived in a two-bedroom apartment at Anthos Vestal while attending graduate school at Binghamton University, and I renewed my lease each year during my studies and just moved out in December after graduation.

The community was consistently quiet and very convenient, which made it an ideal place to live while focusing on school. Parking was always easy, and having laundry facilities right in the building was a big plus.

I was worried when the longstanding manager recently retired, but it was… great to see the maintenance supervisor step into the role. He already knew the property well, and there was no drop-off in service during the transition.

The location is another strong point. There’s a supermarket, a Walmart, and a Dunkin’ within walking distance, which made daily errands simple.

Overall, I had a really positive experience and would definitely recommend Anthos Vestal to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to live. Read More

My stay has been great!! I have told my family to move here because of the quietness and accessibility of stores and dining. Great place to call home!!

I was not scheduled to tour the apartment but Bryan still assisted me. He was very pleasant and showed me the unit without no hesitation.

Though, there was no units available for my timeframe, he provided me with his business card and told me to call if I had any questions and wished me well and welcomed me to the area.

I visited other communities and was not allowed to tour because i didn't have an appointment. But I wanted to thank Bryan for his professionalism and availability.
