Loved it!!!

I just moved out because I had to relocate to another state. I loved everything about this place. Great atmosphere, great neighbors, great everything!! You won’t regret renting this place

Terrible Place far from Luxury Apartments

This place is very deceiving. The people that they allow to live here is unreal. They must not do a back ground check or screening. However they charge you for it. Police are here all the time, do to drug activity. I work late nights and one night the police had the entrance blocked off. After 20 minutes they finally let me into the complex. Children are unsupervised and are trouble makers. Neighbors are very unfriendly. Dog owners do not pick up their dogs waste. Looks very nice on the… outside, but very poor construction. Walls are paper thin. You can hear every movement of your neighbors. I even know what they are cooking. They are not worth the high rent. They are by far not "LUXURY" apartments. I am a single young women and do not feel safe here at all. I have lived here for a month and I am desperately trying to find another place.

Nice until smokers moved in

It is a very nice place and we thoroughly enjoyed living there until residents that were smokers moved into the home below us.
It turns out the homes share an air exchange system and our home was filled with second hand smoke and residue.
The only solution provided by management was to cover the vent with cardboard and give us a an air purifier. This slightly decreased the smell of cigarettes but it did not stop the problem. It made living there very unpleasant and potentially a health hazard… .

When we moved out all our clothes, curtains and furniture smelled like cigarettes.....

Great Place to Live!

I sold my home last year and was concerned about living in an apartment. Nothing to be concerned about at all. If anything goes wrong, the maintenance is fixed right away! The pool is beautiful and there is always a lifeguard on duty. The community is gated after 9:00 pm so it feels safe here. It is mostly quiet and is a beautiful place to come to after working all day. Plenty of shopping nearby. Take your pick of two Wegmans near by! New Super Walmart opening right across from Wegmans. A well… managed property. You will not be disappointed.

FANTASTIC PLACE!

I have been here for close to 2 years. The homes and the property itself is fantastic! If anything stops working Tim is right on it. As far as Dana, she is an amazing person and will always work to make things right. To the person who wrote a bad review.. You should be ashamed of yourself. If you have something to say that is negative about management and maintenence.. Come stop by my unit 642- a. My name is Jim and I would LOVE to discuss this
