Waverlywood Apartments and Townhomes

I was working with a women named Jessica to set up moving into these apartments. She told me I was approved and everything was great I could move in the same week. Hours later she called me back and decided I wasn’t approved. I went to higher up management about this and when I told Jessica that I was going to speak with someone higher up, she totally lost her cool and became so unprofessional. She was actually yelling at me that the women I spoke with (higher up boss) was not in fact anyone of… importance and was just very nasty and rude. The apartments are very old and not updated like the pictures shown. All the windows leak, have mold and there is barely any heat or air conditioning in the bedrooms. There is also a huge mice problem every winter! Also plan on putting garbage in your car because they moved all the dumpsters to one area, which is probably the cause of the mice problem! It costs as much to live at Waverly as it does to live in a luxury apartment by the time they get done charging you for everything; water, sewer, trash, pets, energy, pest control, laundry, no insurance fee.....The buildings were built in around 1972, and still have the original windows. The outside...is inside (cold breeze, hot breeze, spiders...) The energy bills are very high. The windows violate code, yet Morgan refuses to replace them. Bugs are out of control, too. The apartments themselves are nice and low priced, but you get what you pay for, or can't pay for, in this case the washers and dryers. For some reason, they don't want you washing or drying your clothes after 9 pm so they raise the prices to 99.99 to ensure people don't use them after 9 pm. Why? What about people who work until 8 pm and weekends? When can you do your laundry?
