Walnut Hill A Nightmare!
Multiple infractions of the existing rules including smoking in apartments and public spaces, parking in "no parking zones", dogs allowed to walk in all areas, urinating and defecating when there are specified dog walking areas, and maintenance problems not addressed. In addition, there have been multiple break-ins and attempted break-ins over the past year including thefts from both patios and parked cars.
