There is a lot to say about this place and it’s sad because it actually could of been a decent place to live. It didn’t take long to realize that the management company can care less about tenants having issues and on top of that they walk around with a chip on their shoulder. Specifically speaking about one leasing agent. She is extremely rude and useless. Many other tenants feel the same way and it’s amazing she still has a job. They must be desperate. What a face to have representing your… company. Reviews don’t lie if only I had read them prior to coming here. From leaks, to barely any heat in the winter, to termites and any other insect you can imagine, to garbage in common areas and premises, to cars getting stolen from the premises, to the pool opening but not being operational, I can keep going. Please don’t make the same mistake a lot of us have made. Their “renovated apartments” are garbage. I have been living at Fairfield Westbury location for a while now. I have been complaining about termite in my apartment for the past month, got no respond from no one about my concern that we have termite flying in my living room, Bathroom is full of termite. our apartment especially at night is full of termite, kitchen counter and every crack on floor and walls, termite are flying out . its really disgusting. we have emailed and complained. two guys came in to our apt like 20 days ago;… confirmed its termite but no one is doing anything about it or at least I have not seen any changes. I have not been up dated that if they have done anything to take care of this situation. my family don't even feel comfortable in our own home. I'm hoping that they would take care of this soon. It’s been nearly a year since I moved into Fairfield Jericho townhomes. I left manhattan during the pandemic. I saw a lot of places, but what sold me on this place was Jackie, the leasing agent. She was incredibly genuine, kind, patient and I think she keeps a good handle on the property and places nice people. She still knows my name, and says hello if she sees me. There is a sense of community here. Very good for dog owners. Mgmt is accommodating, and i like that I have my own 1 bedroom duplex… with my own entrance. My pup loves it here too! Read More

The entire process was smooth. Jackie was great to work with. Apartment is nice. So far, so good.
