We have been living here for 4 years. In the beginning, back in 2021, everything was organized and clean, and the management team was always willing to help. Then the entire team changed, and that’s when the problems started. There’s now a lack of control over people who don’t live here using the amenities, the police coming frequently, and a lack of professionalism and courtesy from the building management staff. There’s also poor maintenance, dirtiness, and a lack of respect from new residents... , including theft of chairs and other items from the amenities. There should be real fines applied to residents who don’t follow the rules—especially those who smoke inside the building or inside their apartments. Our hope is that with Greystar and the new management, Continuum will return to being a true luxury rental building, as we pay for it to be, and not a two-star hotel.
