Communicative Staff/ Stress-free, Smooth Onboarding Process

At a time when availability is limited and other communities tend to be unreachable/slow to respond, Gabrielle at Fireside has been been super communicative and has facilitated a stress-free, smooth onboarding process.

Overpriced / Poor Management

Management is a joke when it comes to dealing with noise issues, maintenance issues, and simply returning any communication in general. There are some really good people that live here but you can tell the family vibe that existed no longer exists. All young night owls, might as well be a university complex. Simply a joke. Completely overpriced for the complete lack of respect management gives you.

What a dump

Overpriced, loud, and management can't do anything except take you cash. If you like listening to planes take off at 4 AM each day, you'll love it. Leave your cash outside the door since it'll be gone anyhow.

If I knew what I know now, I'd have lived an hour away somewhere decent.
