Loved it until ...
I rented a townhouse here for 4 years. We loved it. The management was friendly and accommodating, the maintenance was good, the grounds were well maintained. Then the complex was purchased by new management and when lease renewal time came around, they jacked my rent out of my affordability. I had had no intention of moving, but ended up buying a house rather than overpaying for a 2br townhouse. In the time between the new management taking over, and my moving out, they implemented a lot of... changes we disliked. Snow removal was not done in a timely fashion. They let the property manager go; she'd been there for years and was loved by the residents. That was foul.
I loved the townhouse, loved the location and my neighbors, but there's no way I would pay the asking price for the crap service they were providing.

Unethical
One star could NOT be low enough. I made an appointment for 10am to view a townhouse. Showed up at 10am, and was told I'd have to sign the lease locking myself into a year contract WITHOUT seeing the place!!?? But they could show me matching appliances that are inside.. I drove out here to VIEW the townhouse, not to look at pictures you already have online!! COMPLETELY POOR BUSINESS!! The buildings look run down from the outside anyways. Who leases a place without ever seeing it!?

Save Yourself
Do not move in here. Worst place I've ever lived. Horribly mismanaged. Horrible service. No communication. Front office is quick to tell you of any perceived issues, but never returns calls. Several times I've been told I owe money that I do not. Save yourself the headache and live in a real luxury apartment complex, not one that claims to be and is ran like a motel.

I think each of us evaluates their living quarters based on their own sense of what is good...or bad, if you will.
I urge prospective tenants to not only view empty units but talk to people already living in the complex. They can be met at the pool, exercise facility or dog park.
