Do not rent here! Horrible place to live!

This is a horrible apartment complex. There is a rampant roach infestation (for years now) that will never be fixed as long as they continue to store garbage in the garages on the ground floor and its hit or miss if the exterminator comes when they are scheduled; the heat and hot water go out at least once a week (sometimes the water goes out completely); the washing machines have not been serviced in years and leave permanent white marks on clothes (yet they continue to raise the price to use… the laundry services); the elevator breaks down every other day. The super either ignores you or tells you to call the main office, which does absolutely nothing. They try to charge you to pay rent online (which is illegal). Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere, even if you have to pay a little extra (its not worth the stress!).

We are sorry to hear that you had less than positive experience while staying with us. We tell all tenants that if you see something, please say something. Tenants are all given the phone numbers to their Supers and Assistant Supers for immediate… and 24 hour assistance, and you can always call us in the office during business hours. All of these issues and questions could have been address and easily resolved by reaching out to us.
