Maple Crest Apartments at Williston Park

This is a horrible apartment complex. There is a rampant roach infestation (for years now) that will never be fixed as long as they continue to store garbage in the garages on the ground floor and its hit or miss if the exterminator comes when they are scheduled; the heat and hot water go out at least once a week (sometimes the water goes out completely); the washing machines have not been serviced in years and leave permanent white marks on clothes (yet they continue to raise the price to use... the laundry services); the elevator breaks down every other day. The super either ignores you or tells you to call the main office, which does absolutely nothing. They try to charge you to pay rent online (which is illegal).
