Nice 2 bedroom apartment with a great sunroom that faces Van Cortland Park...it's a great view that makes it seem like you aren't in a city at all. Although the kitchen is small, the dining room is large, as is the livi g room. The ceilings are high and there are lots of windows. The bus runs close by and you can get into NYC quickly. I have lived here for years and loved it.
