Hudson Park South

This dream apartment has turned into a nightmare. I just moved in 3 months ago and have had mice problems since. Due to the negligent turn over prior to my move in, I have found multiple holes under the radiators where the rodents have snuck into my unit. Once I had maintenance patch that, the mice tried to get in from the gap between the sprinkler and the wall! I have video footage! Everyday I’m waking up to new piles of mice poop. Hudson Park South is a beautiful community. Living by the river and picturesque views of nature while still close to shops and restaurants makes living here a dream. The surrounding area is up and coming which is exciting.

I am having a nice experience living at Hudson park south. It is a pleasure having great concierge as well. Shelly-Ann in the weekday mornings and Brittney during the weekday evening. I feel safe and it’s a very quiet building. I look forward to coming home to a clean and peaceful environment. Also having easy access to public transportation to NYC.

Hudson park south is very clean, the front desk reception are all very friendly and they always help with my packages when they arrive.

Although the location and view are stunning, the building itself is in need of significant improvements. From the underwhelming lobby and costly garage space and rental, to the residents and their pets, it’s not living up to its full potential.
