Hot tub rules include showering before entering, limiting use to 15-minute intervals for sensitive skin, using beach towels, a maximum occupancy of 7 guests, no unsupervised children, no diving or jumping, no food or drink in the tub, no glass in or near the hot tub, keeping the hot tub clean and clear, respecting neighbors with low noise, no smoking in the hot tub, turning off jets after use, always covering the hot tub after use, no pets in the hot tub, and not turning off the hot tub itself (only the jets). The temperature should remain at 100°F when not in use. Do not add any chemicals, chlorine, bromine, essential oils, bath products, or hot tub scents without approval, as overuse or misuse may result in additional cleaning or maintenance charges.
