The first bedroom includes a full trundle bed with a twin underneath and a desk. The second bedroom features a queen bed, another original marble fireplace, and ample closet space. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM, and excessive noise may result in a $500 fine. Smoking is not allowed inside the house, with a $500 fine for violation; smoking outside is allowed. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, with termination of reservation and no refund for violations. Unauthorized gatherings will incur additional cleaning and labor/material fees for any damages. Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay. Underage drinking or drug use, unauthorized guests, and the use of confetti, glitter, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces are strictly prohibited. Guests are asked to remove shoes indoors.
