The first bedroom is highlighted by a stunning king bed, a large armoire, an original marble fireplace, and a smart TV. The second bedroom offers a cozy queen bed and a charming nook.
Enjoy the spacious front porch and a gas grill. Free onsite parking is available for 3 cars. Max 2 dogs are welcome with a flat fee of $150, and requests for a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and an additional $100. No cats are allowed.

This home is a multi-family home with long-term tenants living upstairs; however, there are no shared spaces with these tenants other than an area near the side door, the parking lot, and the basement & hallway area leading down to laundry. Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay. Please keep noise to a minimum when outside, as excessive noise may result in a $500 fine. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. No smoking is allowed inside the house, with a $500 fine for violation. Smoking outside is allowed. Underage drinking or drug use and unauthorized guests are strictly prohibited. Avoid confetti, glitter, water beads, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces. Guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed for the grill, and will be reimbursed with a receipt. If it's a charcoal grill, guests must bring their own charcoal. Please remove shoes indoors to help keep the home clean. A damage protection option is required for all reservations, with guests choosing either a $400 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $40.
