Parking is available for a maximum of 3 vehicles, with a limit of 2 vehicles if bringing large vehicles. Street parking is not permitted. Guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed for the grill and will be reimbursed with a receipt, or must bring their own charcoal for charcoal grills. A non-refundable damage waiver of $50 is available, or guests can opt for a $500 refundable security deposit.
Located on the Western Reservoir, this home is ideal for both summer adventures and cozy winter escapes. Enjoy year-round fun, from kayaking and lake activities in the summer to relaxing by the fireplace or soaking in the hot tub during the winter.
Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM, and excessive noise may result in a $500 fine. Smoking is not allowed inside the house, with a $500 fine for violation; smoking outside is permitted. Parties and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund, along with potential additional cleaning and damage fees. Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay. Confetti, glitter, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces are prohibited. To maintain hot tub cleanliness, guests must shower before entering, limit use to 15-minute intervals if sensitive skin, use beach towels, and keep food, drinks, glass, and pets out of the tub.
