Great Location!!!! Awesome Manager and maintenance staff!

Prime downtown location – Right by the Akron Civic Theatre and Lock 3, so you’re steps from concerts, shows, festivals, and food (especially Crave).
Modern living – Updated interiors, high ceilings, and a clean, contemporary feel.
Walkable lifestyle – Coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and Civic theater events, Rubber Ducks baseball, which makes day-to-day life easy and fun.
Revitalized neighborhood energy – New Akron History Museum! The Bowery District has been growing, with new businesses and... community events bringing more life downtown.
Low-maintenance living – Ideal if you want convenience without the upkeep of a house. Nice gym too!!!

Gorgeous Complex with Great Leasing Staff!

The Bowery District is absolutely gorgeous, with wonderful views of the city! Shelly was beyond helpful with choosing the floor plan that best fit my needs, and you can truly tell that a lot of thought, as well as love, was put into the building

Beautiful property!

I recently took a tour of the Bowery and the property is lovely. The views from the units are spectacular! I'm excited to move in and call the the Bowery home!
