Excellent Management & Property

I can't say enough good things about this complex, especially the manager Kaytlynn! She is absolutely amazing - responsive, professional, caring, and goes above and beyond for her residents. Any maintenance request or question is handled immediately. The complex itself is clean, well-maintained, and feels like a real community. Thanks to Kaytlynn, living here has been such a great experience. Highly recommend!

Don't Move Here

Management never answers the phone. Don't put in a maintenance request if and when it's taken care of things are rigged up. Garbage bags are left in the hallway between apartments. Garbage all around outside. I can't wait for my lease to end so I can move. Looking @ the apartments online will definitely fool you.

Don’t move here

Hallways stink. No one ever cleans them
The staff are lazy when it comes to fixing things .. I’ve been waiting over a week for an issue to be resolved and still nothing. Not even a call as to what’s taking so long . The rental office is rude whoever u call to let them know about something l.. Just horrible and awful .. Can’t wait to move
