Tenants pay electric only. Owners pay gas, water and trash. Onsight coinless laundry rooms in each building.... Tallmadge school district, Car port included. All buildings are NON-SMOKING.
Pets are welcome. We do allow a small to medium sized dog or a cat. Separate $400 Non-refundable Pet Deposit and $50 pet rent.

Tanglewood
I have currently been staying here, but there are a few problems, hopefully the new owners will address pretty swiftly. Our windows do not have screens on them, and it has been causing me respiratory issues with the lack of ability to open them to get fresh air. Windows also have black mold growing on them. The bathroom needs re-done due to several bathroom tiles unsecure and missing from the floor, and black mold growing on the ceiling, with our exhaust fan also not functional. Also in the... bathroom, we have a cabinet door, but no cabinet. I have added a star in my rating since the new owners are currently fixing up the parking lot.
