The large living room has vaulted ceilings and an electric fireplace for those cooler nights. On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms, each with queen beds, as well as a full bathroom. The upstairs features the master bedroom equipped with a king-size bed and a TV. The partially finished basement features a pull-out full couch, 2 arcade games, foosball, and a retro Nintendo 64 with 4 controllers and plenty of game options. The spacious fenced-in backyard features a stunning in-ground saltwater pool (open mid-May to mid-October) and a relaxing hot tub (open all year).
Pet friendly with a max of 2 dogs allowed for a flat fee of $125 per stay. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. There is a $75 per day fee to heat the pool.
This is a family-friendly neighborhood, and noise should be kept to a minimum between the hours of 9 pm and 9 am. Absolutely no parties are allowed. Excessive noise may result in a $500 fine due to past neighbor complaints. Smoking inside the house will result in a $500 fine. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.
