About CornerStone Apartments

Having all utilities, trash, cable and high-speed internet included is only the first thing that sets up apart. CornerStone Apartments is privately owned and operated with great care and attention to detail. Located in the heart of Ashville, we are... walking distance to the library, the post office, banking, dining and grocery shopping. We are also convenient to State Route 23 for quick access to Columbus and the surrounding area.

Residents attend Teays Valley Schools which receive the best ratings in Pickaway County. The main building was a former school itself, built in 1902. Each apartment is unique and retains some elements and character from the period. The hallways and staircases are original making it easy to think of all the children that passed through them. Children now have room to play in the courtyard or have cook outs with their family.

We have on-site resident-only laundry available 24/7. Adjacent to the laundry is a fitness center that residents can use at no cost.

Inviting environment!

This is hands down the best place I've ever lived. The neighbors are so nice and you can easily strike up a conversation with anyone passing by. Its clean and welcoming. My kids would definitely say the snacks that are far sale in the laundry room is the best part but thats just one of the many perks you get living here. Karen and Tyson are by far the most understanding landlords I've had the pleasure of having. They are quick to respond to any need. The manicence men are quick to fix any and... everything. They take immaculate care of this property and it truly shows. I'm thankful to not only have a fun place to live but a great tenant landlord relationship with them. There's on site laundry facility and even a dog wash. A park for my kids to play and it's so close to everything in Ashville. I would recommend this place a hundred times over.

Corner stone is a Great place to live!!! It’s the perfect location in Town close to a lot of things, Dining, the Library, close to the post office and coffee shops it which you could walk to them all if you want. The Owners are Friendly,Great People! They Treat you like Family. Never had landlord’s that were so understanding and Outgoing like they are! If something needs fixed they are there that day to fix it, they have onsite maintenance the grounds are kept up daily the extra perks of... having a onsite laundromat and Gym and Dog Wash is Great to have . The Neighbors are Great, I highly recommend CornerStone.

Cheap and sketchy

Building is really old, and in "cheap" condition. If you need something fixed, expect it to involve cheap caulk and little more. Landlords also blamed us for damage to the building entrance that was already broken, and used our deposit for it after we moved out. Building was also in bad shape, and the door closer (which was a heavy piece of metal) fell and nearly struck someone in the head. You get what you pay for here.

Building also smelled strongly of tobacco.

The building was originally a school built in 1902. It has a lot of character and we take good care of it and take pride in doing so. Drive or walk by and see for yourself how well the grass and grounds are kept. Give us a call or send us an email... and we'll be happy to provide a tour inside as well.

Security deposit was only withheld for damage directly caused by these tenants.

Smoking is prohibited in the buildings and common areas.
