Best Home Away from Home!
University Courtyard is the place to be if you're looking for affordable rent, helpful staff, and a place that feels like home! The property is beautiful, peaceful, and was definitely the best choice I could have made!

So grateful to live here!
After looking at a million places, I am so happy I chose University Courtyard. Everyone who works here seems truly happy and kind. You get the sense that people really do care about your well-being and happiness. The women in the lobby are so welcoming and have been quick to answer any question I've had. Maintenance handles things quickly too!
This place is everything I had hoped for and more - pool, great gym, and tanning bed. Makes coming - or staying at home - a dream.

Wonderful Experience!
I've lived at University Courtyard for the past two years and I have no complaints. The shuttle service is very convenient. The maintenance staff is always very prompt and helpful with any issues my roommates and I had. I wish I could live here longer!

Love it Here!
I have lived at University Courtyard for the past two years. I've really enjoyed my experience. Its still close enough to campus to walk, but they also have a shuttle that drops you off at different points throughout campus. There is also a pool that is open during the summer and a fitness center that you can use at anytime. The maintenance team is super helpful and completes your work orders in a timely manner. Definitely recommend University Courtyard to anyone looking for housing in... Athens!

Great location to OU!
University Courtyard Apartments are a great option for off campus housing for OU students! You can still walk to campus from this apartment complex but there is a shuttle that runs during the school year. Prices include utilities and are the most reasonable in the area. I can't wait for the gym to open back up and love the pool during the summer. There are some new staff members in the office who have been super helpful. Overall, really great option for off campus housing and they are quick to... reply!
