The recently remodeled kitchen includes an island with seating, modern appliances, and a fully stocked coffee bar with coffee, syrups, sugar, and creamer provided. The dining room seats 8, plus an additional bar-top for 2 that overlooks the game room. The game room is a favorite hangout, offering a pool table, bar with barware, record player, Smart TV, and decorative fireplace. The basement is a kids’ paradise, featuring seating and Smart TV, a Nintendo Wii with 3 games, a multi-game table (foosball, ping pong and air hockey), and a built-in climbing wall with cushioned mats below. Step outside to a private patio and fully fenced yard, perfect for outdoor play or relaxing evenings. The fireplace is decorative only and not functional. A half bathroom is conveniently located on the main level, and a laundry room is available for guest use in a separate space in the basement.
