The dining room seats 8, plus an additional bar-top for 2 that overlooks the game room. The game room is a favorite hangout, offering a pool table, bar with barware, record player, Smart TV, and decorative fireplace. A half bathroom is conveniently located on this level. Upstairs, you’ll find the sleeping spaces: a primary suite with a king bed, Smart TV, and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower; a guest bedroom with a queen bed and Smart TV; another guest bedroom with a twin-over-full bunk bed and Smart TV; and a third guest bedroom with a queen bed with a twin trundle and Smart TV. A hall bathroom features a tub/shower combo. The basement is a kids’ paradise, featuring seating and a Smart TV, a Nintendo Wii with 3 games, a multi-game table (foosball, ping pong & air hockey), and a built-in climbing wall with cushioned mats below. A laundry room is available for guest use in a separate space in the basement.
Pets are allowed with a $125 flat fee for a maximum of 2 dogs. Requests for a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and an additional $100. Pets must be disclosed and approved in writing before your stay. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to cancellation without refund. No cats are allowed. This is a non-smoking home, with a $500 fine for violation. Smoking outside is allowed. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, with zero exceptions. If an unauthorized gathering occurs, your reservation will be terminated immediately without a refund. Any cleanup related to a party or gathering will incur additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages. Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay. Please keep noise to a minimum when outside. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Excessive noise may result in a $500 fine. Underage drinking or drug use and unauthorized guests are strictly prohibited. Avoid confetti, glitter, water beads, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces. Shoes should be removed indoors. A damage protection option is required for all reservations, processed through a third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $400 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $40, which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
