Fixed right away! Was glad to see Larry so soon and, after assessing the problem with the bathroom door getting stuck on the vanity handle, he left and found a handle that fits much better. I can get out of the bathroom easily now! Thank you!

Not very organized It is not very organized. I sent them emails, and there has been no response after 2-3 weeks. The lease I signed listed all the charges, but I am paying more than what is on the lease. And, nobody is responsive to that.

They have it right. Being a Property Manager now for over 40 years;
I know a great Site team when I see one. I can say from Don an awesome leasing agent that goes well beyond expectations even after you sign on the dotted line. The new wonderful leasing agent with a big smile that can take you from an upset 10 to a smiling 1…. Tammi who has held it all together as a one woman show for quite some time and now she has a partner in Tanner.. the new Community Director, smart, new to the… property but not new to the game. And a maintenance staff actually knows maintenance. The techs are competent and knowledgable and get it done. Usually complaints are long like this and compliments are short… I want to say thank you to the team… from someone who knows how much it takes to get the job done and done well.
