Horrible Follow-Through Hello,

On almost every maintenance request sent, the necessary follow through does not occur. An additional request, is always required. I was told that someone would come back to complete a work order on many occasions, but did not.

When requests are placed, it is as though there is always a reason why something will be delayed or can not happen, be it big or small. Even if I speak with the property manager, things do not move efficiently.

Typically, I do not respond... in this manner, but after months and months of the same responsiveness, I believe it is necessary to express how devastating unresponsive East Have At the Village-The Solomon Organization has been from my vantage point. Read More

Smooth Process and Beautiful place! The apartment looks great and was in good condition upon arrival! The neighborhood is landscaped beautifully and it's easy to find buildings and the recycling/trash. Don on the leasing team effectively answered any questions I had and made move-in a smooth process. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is because we're required to pay for gas even if we don't use it, and our intercom/internet isn't working (but that will hopefully be fixed soon).

Great visit Mercedes Cutwright was very welcoming, professional and informative. We had a really nice tour and overall experience.
