Great Community to live at with great staff

I moved in here a little over a year ago and love it. The office staff, Melissa and Marc have been great and very helpful. They are very responsive and quick to take care of any issue I have. The community is nice and quiet and well maintained. I recommend Fairfield Lakes Townhomes.

Great community

We moved here in August and have loved it ever since. The community is very welcoming and friendly, love the pets, and the management is easy to work with. The grounds are clean and safe.

No complaints

This neighborhood is VERY peaceful! Moved in a while back and it’s quiet. Management is quick to handle issues regarding work orders as well. All in all, I’m very happy to live here!

Love these townhomes!

Very spacious upgraded apartments, master bedrooms are huge with walk in closets.
2 full bathrooms and a half downstairs for guests
Dog park, playground, basketball court, friendly neighbors, within 1 mile of the mall, target, Walmart and meijer. To top it off the property sits in the best city in the Dayton area. We get a good view of the sky here as well! Just a overall beautiful area and property

I love living here!

I love living here, it is close to everything I need. I love the team here the most; Ashten & Alton truly care about us. They take care of the property so well, I feel very safe living here. It is a great neighborhood, I have made many friends during my time here and I am looking forward to making more.
