Avoid them at all costs

They don't fix anything for years on end. Constantly attempting to triple bill you no matter how times you show them a receipt.

not great

The roof collapsed during a tornado in late March, and the building still looks like it’s under construction, plain brick walls with wood slats everywhere, exterior doors are never locked and never secured; a stray dog even wandered in once that I know of. I’m on the first floor and also have roach problems, and problems with the pipes in the bathroom constantly leaking from my ceiling. There’s always garbage everywhere and the hallways smell horrible . The only saving grace is the affordable... rent, if you have other options, go with them

The roof damage was caused by a severe windstorm, and the building rehab is currently awaiting final insurance... approval. Our team has been actively maintaining the property, for example, our exterior doors are secured, and our full-time housekeeper, keeps the common areas clean each day. Don’t move here

They have roaches bad , poor management, not secure, garbage is left inside building
