Horrible roaches bad maintenance leasing even worse

Roaches everywhere but they say they will fix
Can’t put your trash in the chute because it’s backed up from maintenance not taking the trash out so it’s roaches in the laundry room
Pick and choose who car to put a sticker on to be towed when there are multiple cars parked either in the same spot everyday or night
Leasing a joke you call them they act as if they care and don’t
The fire alarm constantly get pulled
Parking lot filthy from liter

Do not move here absolutely horrible trying to break my lease and leave

There are roaches here they say they gone fix never have
Fire alarm goes off a lot
Maintenance does not care and does half the job
Leasing office a joke
They will place a sticker on your car for parking about being towed when there are three other cars parked right next to you and they don’t get a sticker
Pool is not cleaned a lot
Parking lot is nasty full of trash
You can’t put your trash done the shoot because it’s so much trash and roaches in the laundry room

Ceiling floods repeatedly maintenance questionable

Lived here for years. Started great, got horrible. Ceilings flooded and “repaired” (painted over) 3 or 4 times. Was locked out of my apartment because the deadbolt broke in the door and was replaced with one that spins in the door. So each time I need to lock up I have to reach in my apartment as I spin the key to hold it straight so it fits in the wall. Day after maintenance was supposed to check the outlets to make sure they work, I realized the bathroom one was dead. Did they check anything… then? Who knows. Lots of money for this apartment and it goes up every lease renewal and I don’t see how each time the service gets worse.

Eh ok

I’ve been living in building C for about 10 months now. Sometimes the dryers don’t work on my floor, people litter in the hallways and sometimes are loud too especially in the parking lot. The leasing office never really answers the phone or calls you back even if you’ve left a voicemail. A few times the power has went out in the entire building and the elevators have randomly been down before. For the price and what’s included I expect better living. Maintenance is typically friendly and… they’re fast with responding to issues. I wish they would renovate every apartment considering how much money the residents spend. I probably wouldn’t recommend living here though so keep looking..

GARBAGE

Disgusting place. Rude people. Maintenance is clueless. My apartment flooded with sewage multiple times AND caught fire when the outlets sparked, burning the carpets. The bathtub was constantly backing up with sewage and the guy above me flooded his apartment which then also flooded mine. I begged to be let out of the lease but had to take it to court due to management refusing to let me leave even though there was sewage and mold everywhere. DO NOT LIVE HERE. You’d be better off living in the… streets. Disgusting place no one should ever have to live in.
