Absolutely loved living here! The apartment was clean, modern, and well maintained, and the layout made great use of the space. Management was responsive and friendly, and any maintenance requests were handled quickly. The location was convenient and quiet, making it a great place to come home to. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, hassle-free place to live.

Honesty and Integrity

Hamilton House is a gem. Kevin and Steve have been incredibly helpful to my family. The building safe and nice. More importantly to us, dealing with them has been amazing. No drama, no hidden fees. I appreciate how easy it was to deal with them and how they handled little issues. Always responsive and always got things done. Sadly, my daughter is moving away but our experience has been genuinely great. Do not hesitate to rent from them. Thank you Gentlemen.

Apartment Quality

While apartment hunting, I came across Hamilton House and had the pleasure of working with Kevin. He's been incredibly helpful—professional, hardworking, and clearly takes pride in running a top-notch business. The apartments are beautifully renovated, located just across the street from Baldwin Wallace, which is super convenient for us. The rates are very reasonable, especially considering the impressive quality you get for the price.

Amazing Experience!

Was apartment browsing and came across Hamilton House. Kevin has been a joy to work with, is an extremely hard worker. Runs an extremely good business. Apartments are very very nicely renovated. Right across the street from Baldwin Wallace. Very convenient for us. Very fair rates. The quality is honestly very high for what you pay.
