For the price it’s terrible

The maintenance team is often slow on fixing issues and are very rude. Pet policy is a joke many dog owners don’t clean up after their pet. Apartments are remodeled in a very poor manner most of it is cheap paint and cheap flooring. Laundry rooms are decent went they work our building only has one laundry room with 1 washer and dryer for 12 apartments so good luck getting in there to do it. Hot water is almost non existent and the ac only works in some apartments. 1/10 do not recommend

Everything is old dirty and broken

The buildings are old and the units are small, outdated and dirty. The one I saw looks like they just sprayed all the walls and doors with paint. The appliances were old, dirty and two broken cabinet doors.

Terrible maintenance, awful management.

The new management is worse than the last and they were awful. Dirty laundry rooms, machines often unavailable and now dog poop everywhere. Avoid this property and management company if possible.

Love it here, but can use some improvements

I love it here! My building is well maintained, and very quiet. The managing staff is very helpful with any issues, and take any and all complaints seriously, with 100% responsiveness and quick resolution.
The property is nice, but the roof needs properly sealed. Lots of residents had issues with leaks last year.
I just hope the pools will be opened this summer so my kids can enjoy it, since that is part of their leasing advertisement!

Friendly Staff, Willing to Work With You, Clean!

I don’t understand all of the people complaining on here! I have lived here over 2 years now. I started in the one bedrooms and moved over to the two bedrooms. They take great care of me! They were willing to work with me on a few different things, maintenance USUALLY comes same or next day whenever needed, they keep the hallways clean. They care about their residents and I am always greeted with a smile at the office. I am not an elderly person, I am in my 20’s and a single father to a newborn… and they showed no sign of discontent or anything of the sort when I informed them of this. I think the people who gave bad reviews on here are probably disgruntled former residents who were always late on rent or caused damage to their apartment or whatever. Because I’ve had nothing but a positive experience here, and I am certain many many residents can say the same. Some have lived here for over 30 years!
