    Ups and Downs

    Positives- spacious, good price, dishwasher, garbage disposal, convenient location.

    Negatives- DO NOT ACCEPT THE MID FLOOR. Walls are thin you can hear literally everything above and below you, apartment is a little beat up but for the price it's good. If you can't handle loud music or loud neighbors this probably isn't the place for you.

    Overall not bad for what it is. But if I knew how loud this apartment was I never would have left my previous one. I only moved to BG to be closer to my    … boyfriend. Should have stayed in my quiet apartment in Maumee. The noise is not for me.
