The Vineyards

The apartment itself is pretty decent, the structure seems to be concrete since very little noise permeates the walls and ceilings/floors. Cox and at&t both service the whole complex so you have your choice of 100+mb internet connections. The water heater is basically under the kitchen sink so hit water is readily available to both the kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is a little small, but useable. My only real complaint is regarding the parking situation, most of the parking is in the far… back of the complex but nobody who owns two vehicles wants to put one back there, so the other smaller lots are pretty cramped. There have been a few times where I had to park in the back-most lot because I got home late at night and lot A (to which my apartment is connected) was completely full. Read More

Had to move out 2 months early due to health issues from the filth. Removed cold air return vent and there are 5 inches of dust and dirt stretching back 10 feet to the furnace whuch was also a fire hazard. Furnace filter wasn’t changed in over 14 months. Have lingering health issues from the filth in the apartment. Would not recommend

Just moved out for employment after living at the Vineyards for 4 years. Avery and the rest of the management team is outstanding. Great maintenance crew, great price, and a great place to live. Apartments are clean and up to date. I would recommend the Vineyards to anyone.

Parking lots need fixed and apartments are out dated.
