Step outside to enjoy the outdoor area with a propane grill and patio set, perfect for cookouts. You’ll have garage parking for one car plus room for two to three additional vehicles off-street.
Max two dogs are allowed with a charge. Requests for a third or fourth dog are subject to approval and an additional charge. Pets must be disclosed and approved in writing before your stay. Undisclosed pets may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You may also be held responsible for any additional cleaning or damage caused. No cats allowed.

Keep noise to a minimum when outside. Decibel readers are used to monitor levels. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. Excessive noise may result in a fine due to past neighbor complaints. No smoking inside the house, with a fine for violation. Smoking outside is allowed. Underage drinking, drug use, parties, large gatherings, and unauthorized guests are strictly prohibited. If you violate any house rules, you will be required to vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be issued for any unused nights. Please remove shoes indoors to help keep the home clean, as the asphalt driveway can track in dirt. A short list of optional checkout steps is provided, which is not mandatory but appreciated to help prep for the next guest.
