Quiet setting
Nice quiet apartments. I was only there a few months for work but my family enjoyed living here. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is due to the fact that I wasn't informed up front that $150 of my security deposit would be forfeited due to a contract they have with a cleaning company to shampoo the carpets. Our apartment only had carpet upstairs, and with little ones we were rarely on the carpeted area. I have photos of it looking close to brand new when we moved. Other than that the views... of the sunsets/sunrises are beautiful. They have a deer family behind the apartments so we were able to watch them from our window, and we even had a skunk visitor in the back storage room. Neighbors were very friendly and keep to themselves. Once the playground is updated, it would be a perfect family spot. If central air is important to you be sure to ask for an apartment with one. Our apartment was updated with central air right before moving in, I noticed other apartment had window units.
