What A Great Place To Live!!!

This is one of the BEST place to live in. I have lived here for 1 year already and love every bit of it, this is why I renewed by lease. The complex is well kept and the neighbors are great. The property manager, she is excellent, she is always available and customer service oriented. No wonder renters don't want to leave once they get in. Would recommend 200%.

Oh So Quiet

Excellent management. Cannot tell you how quiet and peaceful this complex is. Everyone is friendly and the community is welcoming to your pet. Apartment units are clean and the property is maintained (especially when it snows).

Home

Since moving to Abbie Cove about a year ago I have felt like I'm at home. Love the community and management, visitors who come to my apartment think it's a condo because it's so nice. In the past I've lived in places labeled "luxury" that weren't as nice as Abbie Cove, my plan is to stay long term because good apartments are hard to find.

This apartment community is fabulous!!!

From the moment I stepped foot on Abbie Cove grounds I was sold. The over-sized porches were so captivating. The unique structure allows for neighbors to really be neighbors. I love being able to walk the community and wave to everyone. It is so quiet and peaceful also. The workout room is great and provides great machines which are always well maintained. The property manager is Super!! She is always available for any questions or concerns. She always returns phone calls and always has a… beautiful smile to greet you with. I can think of no other place I would be able to live like this. I am super-satisfied and would defintiely encourage anyone looking for a great family-like setting to check out Abbie Cove. You will not be dissappointed.

Abbie Cove apartments

I have lived here for couple of months, i love living here the neighbors are very nice. The property manager is on top of things. So far very quite which is nice no one upstairs. It has a awesome trail close by that is nice.

The only complaint that i would have against Abbie Cove is the little pond in the middle of the complex has a lot of alge so the appearance is not pretty,it needs a fountain. The geese are bad too but that is anywhere!
