Beware of Dogs

Up to 2 Large dogs (50lbs) permitted on the 2nd floor and there is no insulation to buffer the noise. Barking, barking on balcony, running up and down stairs, running around apartment, sounds like thunder. Beware, noise complaints to management must be in writing and you must provide a recording of the noise - good luck. Management is unprofessional and refuses to enforce community rules. Just terrible to have to put up with unreasonable amount of noise and shame in Management for putting 2… large hyper dogs (one is a large pitbull) on the 2nd fl.

A perfect place to live

Ashbrook run apartments is a place to call home. I've live here for 15months and just renewed my lease because I loved it here. Excellent staffs especially Alex , she's always there to help u out.

Have lived here a year and decided to sign a 15 month lease. It's clean, neighbors and staff are friendly, maintenance is good. It's like living in the country but so close to everything you need. Highly recommend!!!

Best apartment life

This is my first time ever living in an apartment. I really enjoyed Ashbrook. Run,I never had a problem I only moved because I did not like the electric company. Thank you. Ashbrook Run for giving me a positive experience.
