Redwood Canal Winchester

5 years I lived there for 5 years. The maintenance staff was amazing the nicest guys. We changed leasing agents and property management a lot but the ones I encountered were always nice and helpful. I wish they weren’t raising the rent so high especially since they didn’t off any amenities. It was a quiet nice neighborhood I wish I could’ve stayed but with this economy we can barely afford anything.

The best place to live I live in redwood apartments for two years and I never heard nothing about crime or cars breaking in the neighborhood kids can walk or play around the reason the I have to move is because I need 3 rooms but anything else for me is very good I almost forget about management and maintenance they really nice and friendly thank you Redwoods

Very pleasant move-out We had a great experience living here and are grateful for the time we spent in this community. The office staff Christy and Courtney, was always professional, helpful, and responsive whenever we had questions or concerns. Maintenance was amazing, and the property was kept nice and welcoming. We recently moved out because we purchased a home, but we truly appreciate the positive experience we had while living here. Stress Free Moving Experience Property Manager Kristie, was always helpful and very knowledgeable. The leasing staff were always friendly and made moving in easy. The maintenance team was very responsive and fixed things if needed immediately. The whole Redwood team at Canal Winchester deserves the best of the best award for keeping and maintaining a phenomenal community and making a fabulous environment for their residents.
