Leasing

I had a great experience with Case Mansion Flats when I was looking to lease an apartment. The leasing department was extremely accommodating, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer all my questions, showed me multiple options, and made sure I felt comfortable with every step before signing.

It really stood out how professional and responsive the staff was. They made the leasing process smooth and stress-free, which made a big difference when searching… for a new home. The level of service and attention to detail gave me a very positive impression of the community.

Overall, I would highly recommend Case Mansion Flats to anyone looking for a place where the leasing team truly takes care of you and makes the process easy.

Great Management

Scheduled a tour with KC and told her I wouldn’t be able to make it until after 5 PM. Let me tell you she made it happen anyway! The very next day she got me in after hours so I could check the place out, and I signed my lease on the spot.

Moved in two weeks later, and honestly the whole maintenance and management team has been nothing but sweet, helpful, and welcoming. They made my move so easy and stress-free.

I already have friends and family looking for places, and I’m definitely… recommending Case Mansion and their sister properties in Canton. Y’all really made me feel at home!

do not apply will waste your time

I had an appointment with an email confirmation for 6:30 apparently their offices close at 5:00 we traveled half an hour both ways they wasted an hour of our day that could have been put to actually getting an apartment completely unprofessional do not apply
