Smoking, marijuana, firearms, or illegal substances are prohibited on the property; smoking is allowed outside only. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $500 violation charge. Any late check-outs will result in an additional charge of $300. Breaking any of the house rules will result in a charge of $500 each.
Free street parking is available. Please note that the original hardwood floors are not child-friendly. Absolutely no plants in the home are to be moved for any reason.
