If any smoking is discovered after check out, the guest will be liable for the cost of the next day reservation, in addition to a $500 cleaning fee and a $500 house rules violation fee. No additional unregistered guests are allowed. For any undisclosed pet, a $500 charge will apply, in addition to a $500 cleaning fee and a $500 house rules violation fee.
