Guests will have full access to the apartment throughout their stay. Amenities are available at the property's discretion, and refunds cannot be processed if an amenity is closed during your stay. Most guests prefer to let themselves in with the automated entry system, but assistance is available upon request. No smoking or parties are allowed, with a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. No outside guests are allowed without permission, and only one towel per guest is provided per stay.
