Abusive behavior towards team members will result in reservation termination without refund. The property owner reserves the right to terminate any reservation for any reason without refund if they believe the guest's actions could harm people or property, disturb neighbors, or harm the property's reputation. A security deposit hold of $300 - $500 is collected via credit/debit card. An ID will also be collected through the booking platform or a third-party software. If the owner incurs security, fire department, police fees, or other costs arising out of the guest's behavior at the property, the guest will be billed the cost, with a minimum security fee of $150.
