Smoking or lighting anything is not allowed in this property, including tobacco, marijuana, incense, candles, and hookah. Cleanup of human biomaterial will result in a minimum $300 cleaning fee. If pets are discovered after the fact, there will be a $300 fee per unauthorized pet per night. There is a $170 re-keying fee for unreturned keys. Units found with unreasonable amounts of waste, in complete disorder, and/or “trashed” will be subject to an additional $200 cleaning fee, or actual cost to clean, whichever is higher. Stays longer than 14 days are subject to an additional $120 deep cleaning fee. If security/fire department/police fees or other costs arising out of or in connection with your behavior at the property are incurred, then you will be billed the cost, with a minimum security fee of $150.
