There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-7am each day, and the home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM.
