Additional fees may apply for cleanup of human biomaterial (minimum $300), excessive pet hair ($300), stains on carpets or linens ($89 per item or replacement cost, whichever is higher), a $170 re-keying fee for unreturned keys, deep cleaning for units left in complete disorder (additional $200 or actual cost, whichever is higher), and for stays longer than 14 days (additional $120 deep cleaning fee).
